Returns and Exchange Policy
DecorMyHome.com will accept returned merchandise for refund within 14
days of receipt. Please keep in mind there is a 20% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please read the below terms and conditions.
DecorMyHome will not refund
shipping charges. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned items
must be in the original box and packaging in perfect unused condition
DecorMyHome has the right to refuse refund/exchange
for any product that is not sent back in same shape/form as it was
delivered.
Merchandise must be sent back to
us in the original shipping package via any major freight/carrier,
such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. with a tracking number.
Allow us 7-10 business days for processing your return once we
receive it.

Damaged
Goods
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is in a damaged condition we
will refund or replace the product(s) free of charge providing we are notified
within 5 business days of actual or attempted delivery. Our Customer Service
department will be happy to arrange this
service.
Cancellation
DecorMyHome
approves all cancellations that are made before product(s) is shipped. Since orders are sent directly
to the shipping department we have a 20% cancellation fee. If order
is already in transit, customer may still cancel and receive refund but will be
held responsible for all shipping charges/cancellation fees applicable in returning product(s)
back to DecorMyHome.
Pre-Order Processing
One of the advantages of DecorMyHome is that you can
always place an order for our product(s) that is currently not in stock. This
type of item(s) will be classified as “PreOrder” on our site. We guarantee
delivery of this product(s) within 6-8 weeks of order placement. If for any
reason, you do not receive your item(s) within this timeframe, you have an
option of canceling your order for a full refund or exchanging it for anything
else on our website.
Customers will be required to leave a 25% deposit at the
time of placing this type of order, remaining 75 % will be charged when an item
is shipped.
