1. How can I place an order?
For your convenience we provide numerous options of placing an order. It can be done through our online store as well as via e-mail, telephone or fax.

2. Is it safe to shop on the internet?
It is only safe to shop on the internet if the website provides secure connection when you make a purchase. We use a 128-bit Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your on-line purchase.
3. What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express. For your convenience we also accept PayPal, Money Orders, Personal and Certified checks. Using a personal check may delay your order ship day by up to two weeks.
4. When can I expect my order?
It will take 1 to 3 business days to ship out an order unless the item you have purchased is out of stock. In most cases if the item is out of stock it will be indicated on our website but if for any reason an order is delayed, customer will be notified via e-mail or telephone.
Please note that some items are not in stock or on a pre-order and it might take four to six weeks for delivery.
5. What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
If goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition we will refund or replace the products free of charge providing we are notified within 7 days of actual or attempted delivery. Our Customer Service department will be happy to arrange this.
6. Do you charge sales tax?
Internet businesses are only required to charge sales tax for the state that they are located in. Since we are located in New York, we are required by law to charge sales tax for all orders shipped to New York. No sales tax applies to all other states or international orders.
7. Do you supply a catalog?
Because we are continually updating our website with new products we are not able to supply a printed catalog at this time.
8. What shipping method do you use?
We only use major shipping/fright carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and Airborne Express.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international orders are subject to additional shipping charges and in some cases additional approval precidures.

11. Cancelled Order?
If you choose to cancell an order once its been placed. A 20% cancelltion fee will be applied. Shipping costs will be fully refunded.
